Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Full shipping prices and delivery estimates can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! If you're local to Stockport, you're welcome to collect your order from our studio. Please get in touch before placing your order (or as soon as possible afterwards) to arrange a collection time.

Can I return my order?

We don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. If your order arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we'll be happy to help.

How do I know if something will fit?

Our mannequin is a UK 8-10, and our model is a UK 8-10, 5'8" (173 cm).

Each product includes a recommended size, and measurements are provided where needed. If you're unsure whether a piece will fit, feel free to get in touch before purchasing.

Are all of your pieces vintage?

Yes. Every piece is handpicked across Europe and carefully selected for its quality, style and condition. As vintage items are pre-loved, minor signs of wear may be present.

How do you grade the condition of vintage items?

Every piece is carefully inspected before being listed. Any noticeable flaws or signs of wear will always be shown in the photos and mentioned in the description.
